What you need to know about your rental
Inclusions & Accessories
flexera Folding Reformer (Black)
Accessories (Reformer box, extended platform, magic circle and jumpboard)
flexera Studio App subscription (On-demand studio quality workouts at home)
flexera restore+ (Maintenance and repair subscription)
Rental Duration
A 6 month commitment at €39 per week, or a 12-week minimum at €45 per week, each including a refundable €150 deposit and delivery calculated at checkout.
Fees
Delivery fee, Deposit + 1st month due at sign-up. Weekly payments via direct debit
Cancelations
14 days ahead of next billing period anytime after 6 month commitment

How to
Rent your reformer
Sign Up & First Payment
Secure your rental by completing the sign-up. Your initial payment covers your first week's rent, the deliver fee, and a refundable deposit.
Get It Delivered
We’ll deliver the reformer (plus accessories) to your door, typically within 10 business days of confirming your membership.
Set Up & Start Moving
Each flexera reformer is built from premium solid oak – a material chosen for its beauty, durability, and timeless feel.
Weekly Rental + Support
Each week, you'll be charged the rental fee. Alongside your reformer, you get support through our app, ongoing maintenance via flexera Restore+, and flexibility to cancel after the minimum commitment period.
Cancel or Continue
After the 6-month minimum term, you can cancel anytime (just give 14 days notice before your next billing period) or continue your membership for as long as you like.
