This website is operated by Flexera. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Flexera. Flexera offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy: [LINK TO REFUND POLICY].

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY TIMES AND DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other external factors. Flexera is not responsible for any delays beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or logistical disruptions.

If your reformer is purchased for business purposes, such as starting a studio or offering 1-1 clinics, Flexera shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed earnings, or potential business income loss as a result of any delays in the delivery of the equipment. By purchasing from Flexera, you agree that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INJURY AND DAMAGE

Flexera takes no responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained during the following:

  • Unpacking: We recommend having at least two people present when unpacking and moving the reformer due to its weight.
  • Assembly: Users are responsible for assembling the reformer according to the provided instructions. If you require assistance, please seek professional help.
  • Use of the Equipment: While the reformer is designed for safe use, Pilates, like any physical activity, carries some inherent risks. Flexera is not responsible for any injuries, damage, or harm caused by improper assembly, incorrect use, or failure to follow safety instructions provided.

By purchasing a Flexera reformer, you acknowledge that you assume all risks related to unpacking, assembly, and use of the equipment.

SECTION 8 - WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Flexera does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or product will be accurate or reliable. All products and services are provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, and Flexera will not be liable for any claims of injury, loss, or damage in relation to the use of the product, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Flexera Reformer Rental Policy

1. Rental Eligibility

  • Reformers are available for rental to individuals aged 18 and over.

  • A valid ID and proof of address are required for all rentals.

  • Rental availability is subject to stock levels and serviceable locations.

2. Rental Duration & Pricing

  • Rental agreements are available on a monthly basis with a minimum rental period of six (6) months unless otherwise agreed.

  • The subscription will start on the day the reformer is delivered.

  • Pricing plans:

    • €150 per month for a foldable reformer, including app access and accessories.

    • €200 per month for a studio reformer for personal use.

    • €250 per month for commercial use of either a foldable or studio reformer.

  • Payments are processed automatically each month via the payment method on file.

3. Security Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A security deposit of €300 is required to book the reformer.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of rental access.

  • If the reformer is to be returned earlier for any reason under the 6-month minimum period, a delivery charge of €150 will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Reformers are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery charges will be agreed upon at the time of rental.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring there is adequate space for delivery and use.

  • Assembly and setup instructions are included, with optional assembly services available at an additional cost.

5. Rent-to-Buy Option

  • A rent-to-buy option is available only when explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Terms, pricing, and transition from rental to purchase will be outlined in the rental agreement.

  • If the renter decides to purchase their rental reformer, the €300 deposit plus 70% of the rental fees paid can be credited toward the final purchase price.

6. Care & Maintenance

  • Renters are responsible for keeping the reformer in good condition.

  • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

  • Regular cleaning and proper use are required to maintain the equipment.

7. Usage Restrictions

  • Reformers are for personal use only and may not be sublet or used for commercial purposes without prior approval.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for safe usage and acknowledges that Flexera is not liable for any injuries resulting from improper use.

8. Cancellation & Returns

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • At the end of the rental period, the reformer and all accessories must be returned in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping or collection fees unless otherwise stated.

  • App access will stop at the time of the rental stopping.

9. Damages & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the reformer during the rental period.

  • If a reformer is not returned or is returned in an unusable condition, the full retail price may be charged.

  • Flexera is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or losses resulting from the use of the reformer.

10. Ownership & Return Policy

  • The reformer remains the property of Flexera at all times.

  • Failure to return the reformer at the end of the rental term may result in additional charges or legal action.

Flexera Reformer Rental Program – Terms & Conditions
 Effective Date: July 2025
By submitting payment and entering into the rental agreement with Flexera, you ("the Renter") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Flexera (referred to as “Flexera”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
  1. Rental Overview
The Renter is leasing one (1) Flexera Pilates Reformer, either the Folding or Studio model, for a minimum fixed term of six (6) months. The reformer will be delivered, assembled, and supported by Flexera or an authorized Flexera partner. 
  1. Initial Payment
Upon execution of this agreement, the following non-negotiable payment is due in full:
• €150 Security Deposit (refundable upon return, subject to condition inspection)


• €150 Delivery & Setup Fee (non-refundable)


• €200 First Month’s Rent
 → Total Due at Time of Agreement: €500


  1. Rental Terms
• Monthly Rental Fees:


◦ Flexera Folding Model: €200/month


◦ Flexera Studio Model: €250/month


• Minimum Rental Commitment: Six (6) consecutive months.


• After the initial term, the agreement automatically continues on a monthly rolling basis unless and until terminated in accordance with these Terms.


    1. Delivery & Setup
    • Delivery will be scheduled within ten (10) business days of payment confirmation.


    • A trained Flexera technician will deliver and assemble the unit and provide a brief operational overview (supplemented by Flexera digital resources).


    • The Renter is responsible for ensuring appropriate space, access, and availability at the time of delivery. Technicians cannot leave equipment unattended.


    1. Equipment Use & Responsibility
    • The reformer is for personal, residential use only and may not be sublet, transferred, modified, or relocated without prior written consent from Flexera.


    • The Renter agrees to exercise reasonable care during the rental period.


    • Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications may result in additional charges to repair or replace the unit.


    

    1. Returns & Pickup
    • You must provide at least ten (10) business days’ written notice to initiate the return process.


    • A Flexera technician will disassemble and collect the reformer.


    • Your €150 Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 business days of return, subject to inspection. Deductions may be made for any significant damage or missing parts.


    1. Cancellation Policy
    • Early termination within the initial 6-month term is permitted; however, the full value of the remaining rental term becomes immediately due and payable.


    • Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the service is completed.


    • Failure to make payments, provide accurate contact details, or comply with these Terms may result in immediate termination of the agreement and recovery of the equipment by Flexera or its agents.


    1. Liability & Assumption of Risk
    • By renting the equipment, the Renter acknowledges and accepts the inherent physical risks of using fitness equipment.


    • Flexera shall not be held liable for any injuries, property damage, or health issues arising from misuse or improper exercise techniques.


    • The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flexera, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages related to or arising from the use of the reformer.


    1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:
    • The Republic of Ireland, for customers residing in Ireland; or


    • The United Kingdom, for customers residing in the UK.


    1. Rent-to-Own Option
    Rent-to-Own options are being considered for launch in 2026.

    Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the relevant territory.Contact
